If your report does not arrive, is about the wrong channel, or contains materially wrong data — we fix it or refund it, no drama.
Your rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a report has a major problem you are entitled to your choice of a refund or a corrected report; for minor problems we will re-supply a corrected report within a reasonable time.
Change of mind
Because reports are personalised digital goods generated on demand, we generally cannot refund a correctly delivered report because you changed your mind. If you are unhappy with a report, email us anyway — we would rather make it right than argue.
Free products & coupons
Free snapshots and discount codes have no cash value. Agency pack credits are refundable pro-rata for unused credits within 30 days of purchase.
How to claim
Email admin@auditmytiktok.com from your order email address with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
