Who we are
AuditMyTikTok.com (“we”, “us”) provides paid and free social-media channel audits and video launch plans. Contact: admin@auditmytiktok.com.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address and billing details, plus the social-media handles you ask us to analyse. If you upload a video for a Video Launch Plan, we store that file to analyse it. We also keep records of your orders and the reports we generate for you.
Public channel data
Reports are built from publicly visible channel data (posts, view counts, captions and similar) retrieved via third-party data providers. We do not access private accounts, private messages or anything requiring a login. Audit statistics for a handle may be retained so repeat audits can show progress over time.
How we use your information
To deliver the reports you order, to email you about your order, and — unless you opt out — to occasionally email you about your results or offers relevant to a service you used. Every marketing email tells you how to opt out, and a single reply is enough.
Third-party processors
We use trusted processors to deliver the service: a payment gateway (we never see or store full card numbers), social-data providers that retrieve public channel data, AI providers (Anthropic and Google) that process channel statistics and uploaded videos to produce your report, and cloud storage (Wasabi) for uploaded videos. Each processes only what is needed to produce your deliverable.
Retention & your rights
Order records are kept as required by Australian tax law. Uploaded videos and generated reports are retained so you can re-download them; email us to have them deleted sooner. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal information at any time at admin@auditmytiktok.com. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles.
